Refund & Return Policy

At The Inferno Hyp, all products are made to order. Because we use a print-on-demand model for apparel and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us — and we do offer refunds in specific cases.

Eligibility for Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll review the issue and may offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size due to our error
  • There is a significant quality issue that affects the use or wear of the product

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or color choice made during checkout
  • General dissatisfaction without a clear defect or issue

We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to verify the issue before approving a refund.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at kate@theinfernohyp.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Approval & Processing
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping
As all items are custom made-to-order, we do not accept physical returns or provide return shipping labels.
