Class Descriptions

Power Yoga
Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance.
Power yoga is typically focused on increasing heart rate and burning calories through a full-body workout and is sometimes referred to as gym yoga. A blend of Vinyasa-style poses. At least half of the asanas (postures) in a power yoga class come from Vinyasa yoga sequences, where you link breath to movement.

Classical Hot Pilates
Class follows classical principals, with a twist of reformer inspired flows to help you feel strong, balanced and energized

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic and invigorating workout that combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises. It is a fusion of yoga, cardio, and weightlifting, designed to challenge and transform your body. This high-energy fitness class is perfect for those who want to enhance their yoga practice and build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Barre
Barre is a low-impact exercise that combines different elements of yoga, Pilates and ballet into one physical fitness routine. Although it gets its name from the stationary handrail that’s used in ballet, it’s not just for dancers. People of all backgrounds come to barre classes for their focus on strength training, flexibility, muscular endurance and the engagement of core muscles.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga primarily concerned with mastery of the body, and it is arguably the tradition most familiar to Western culture. The term is derived from the Sanskrit ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon,” leading to the common interpretation that Hatha practices are designed to unite and balance these two energies. Hatha is known for stress-relief, flexibility, physical strength and mindfulness.

Buti Yoga
Buti Yoga is a powerful movement practice that weaves together vinyasa yoga, tribal-inspired dance and plyometric conditioning – anchored by the Spiral Structure Technique to keep your core engaged throughout. Buti is designed to help your release physical, mental and emotional layers, creating space for self-healing and empowerment.
