The ice bath is one of our pop-up events that has been increasing in popularity due to its amazing mental and physical health benefits! We begin our class with our one hour Hot Yoga class, followed by 15 min if breathwork to prepare the body and mind for your jump into the ice! The Ice bath trains your Vagus nerve. Your Vagus nerve is linked with the para sympathetic nervous system, training it helps your face stress situations more adequately. The Ice limits the anti-inflammatory response, helps your central nervous system, eases sore and aching muscles, boost mental health, improve sleep, increased metabolism, helps reduce risk of injury, and prepares your body for the next work out.
