Kate McMilleon
Owner of The Inferno Hot Yoga & Pilates
Kate McMilleon
Growing up I always enjoyed the outdoors, traveling, and music. When I was young I felt great. I had a good energy and I always felt as though I was in pretty good shape. As we all know the older you get your body starts fighting you back! After having kids and life getting a little overwhelming I became passionate about working out. I enjoyed CrossFit, Weight training, boxing, hiking, everything but yoga! As I worked my body harder I started getting more frequent injuries. Only after a bad rotator cuff injury was a forced to do yoga By my doctor and chiropractor. I was introduced Bikram yoga and fell in love, Not instantly, lol but eventually! It wasn’t easy, I felt uncomfortable but I knew the benefits and was determined to get well! And that’s exactly what happened. I came to the realization that no matter what you do or what kind of person you are our bodies are meant to do yoga. It’s the one activity no matter If you’re a golfer, swimmer, wrestler, basketball player, cheerleader, fighter, recovering from an injury, sitting in a chair all day, young, old, big, small, or sick,And everything in between , everyone needs the benefits of yoga! I am here to help you take your Physical goals to the next level one breath at a time! I look forward to working with you.

She fell in love not only with the power and energy of the workouts but also with the supportive and inspiring community that the studio fostered.

She also serves as the studio manager, where her sharp organizational skills and leadership experience from her “boss lady” corporate career seamlessly translate into running a smooth, empowering, and community-focused space. Her passion for movement is matched by her love for life—whether she’s reading a good book, spending time outdoors, enjoying the company of friends and family, or exploring new corners of the world.
