Class Descriptions
Buti Yoga
“Buti” means “the hidden cure.” It is an upbeat and soulful mixture of yoga postures, cardio bursts, strength work, pelvic floor toning, shaking (and sometimes dancing!) designed to help release stored trauma from the body. All fitness levels are encouraged to try! It’s not about knowing the moves, it’s about moving the body in all directions, the way humans were made to, and connecting to our inner wild.
Hatha Yoga
Our Hatha Yoga class is similar to our Bikram series but adding in the Ghosh Yoga Method.
Power Yoga
Our power yoga class is a flow class focused on building strength, endurance, and mobility.
